The app that manages your shop

Finally know where your money is.

Every sale, every M-Pesa payment, every debt in one place. Record sales however you're paid, on M-Pesa, Airtel, cash or bank, track your stock and staff, and every sale gets a KRA-ready receipt automatically. Your money lands in your own account, never ours.

Sound familiar?

Half my customers owe me money, and I can't remember who.

The counter book gets messy, and the debt you forget is money you never see again.

At month-end I still don't know if I actually made a profit.

Poor records are a leading reason businesses fail. Nearly half of new Kenyan businesses close in their first year.

Then KRA wants invoices I never kept, and taxes me on what doesn't count.

Without eTIMS invoices, your expenses are disallowed and you're taxed on money you already spent.

Phone, laptop, or the till on your counter.

No new hardware. Kuza runs on the phone in your pocket, the laptop in the back, and the Android POS terminal you already use, printing receipts and scanning barcodes.

Fair questions

You might be wondering.

I already have a POS machine.

Keep it. Kuza manages everything around it: your money, debts, staff, KRA receipts and reports. Connectors for existing POS machines are on our roadmap, so your machine can feed Kuza directly.

Why not just use accounting software?

Most accounting tools are built for accountants, not shop owners. They don't issue KRA eTIMS-format invoices, don't speak M-Pesa, and don't know VAT3, TOT or Kenyan payroll. Kuza is built for the owner, in shillings.

Is Kuza a bank, a wallet or a loan app?

None of those. When you get paid, the money goes straight to your own M-Pesa or bank account. Kuza never holds your funds and doesn't lend. It manages your shop.

I run a hotel, not a duka.

Kuza works for eateries too. Record the plates you sell and the supplies you buy, and see your real profit. Recipe-level costing for your kitchen is on the roadmap.

I have several shops.

Multi-shop is built in. Each shop gets its own stock, prices, staff and reports, with transfers between them, all under one business.

What does it cost?

Kuza is free for pilot shops while we onboard our first businesses in small batches.
